Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use this website or arrange charger work with us.
Our Services
Centennial EV Charger Installation is an electrical contracting business offering EV charger installation and related electrical work to properties in Centennial and the surrounding Arapahoe County area. The services described on this website are Level 2 charger installation, Tesla Wall Connector installation, NEMA 14-50 outlet installation, electrical panel upgrades for EV charging, hardwired charger installation, commercial and workplace charging stations, multi-family and HOA charging, and charger repair and troubleshooting.
We do not perform services beyond that scope through this website, and descriptions on these pages are general. What we will actually do at your property is defined by the written scope you receive after an assessment, not by the marketing copy on this site.
Use of the Website
This website is provided for general information about our services. You may read, print and share these pages for your own purposes.
You agree not to use the site in any way that interferes with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorised access to it, or uses it for an unlawful purpose. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice.
Appointments and Estimates
The panel assessment described on this site is offered without charge and without obligation. An estimate becomes binding only when it is issued in writing with an itemised scope and accepted by you. Verbal indications of price given before an assessment are not quotes.
Installation dates depend on permit issuance and inspection scheduling in your jurisdiction, and in some cases on utility coordination. We will tell you what we expect those to take, but we do not control them. If site conditions found during the work differ materially from what was visible at assessment, we will stop, explain the difference and obtain your agreement before continuing.
Intellectual Property
The text, layout, photographs and design of this website belong to Centennial EV Charger Installation or are used with permission. You may not reproduce substantial parts of this site for commercial purposes without our agreement.
Product names, logos and trademarks of charger manufacturers mentioned on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are referred to only to describe the equipment we install.
Disclaimers
Information on this site about charger types, circuit sizing, panel capacity, permitting and incentives is general and educational. It is not an electrical design, a code ruling, or tax advice for your particular property or circumstances.
Codes, utility programmes and incentive rules change, and they are applied by the authority having jurisdiction rather than by us. Nothing on this website should be relied on as a substitute for an on-site assessment by a licensed electrician.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited. We are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on general information published here rather than on a written scope prepared for your property.
This clause does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our responsibilities for installation work we actually perform are set out in the written agreement for that work, not on this page.
Third-Party Links
This site links to external resources such as manufacturer documentation, utility programme pages and code or government information. We include them because they are useful references.
We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or accuracy. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this website will be subject to the laws of Colorado and dealt with through the ordinary courts.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be revised from time to time. The last-updated date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept the terms as they then stand.
